The Chair of the Tax Review, Rob McLeod, will be available from 11 a.m.
Journalists who elect to read the paper before the start of the press conference are welcome to arrive from 10.00 a.m., and access copies under embargo conditions until 11 a.m., when the document will be posted on www.taxreview2001.govt.nz.
