Special Report: Cost of Living payment legislation

Inland Revenue has produced a special report which provides explanatory information on the Taxation (Cost of Living Payments) Bill which was enacted on 24 May. The technical detail in this special report will also be published in an upcoming Tax Information Bulletin.
