Early access to KiwiSaver for people with life-shortening congenital conditions
Information release for proposals that enable a person with a life-shortening congenital condition to withdraw their KiwiSaver savings early. The proposals were announced on 21 July 2019 and Supplementary Order Paper No 293 to the Taxation (KiwiSaver, Student Loans, and Remedial Matters) Bill was released on 13 August 2019.
