Cabinet paper CAB-19-SUB-0300: Overseas donee status – new additions for inclusion in the next available taxation bill
Information release for adding Active Hearts Foundation, Kiwilink, and the Shimshal Trust to the list of overseas donee organisations in Schedule 32 of the Income Tax Act 2007.
The changes are included in the Taxation (Annual Rates for 2020–21, Feasibility Expenditure, and Remedial Matters) Bill, which was introduced to Parliament on 4 June 2020.
