Budget Bill passed

The Taxation (Budget Measures: Family Incomes Package) Bill was passed by Parliament today. The Bill contains changes to tax thresholds and to Working for Families. It also repeals the Independent Earner Tax Credit. The Bill now awaits Royal assent. The changes will come into effect on 1 April 2018.
