Parliament passes Budget 2014 parental tax credit changes

Changes to the parental tax credit introduced in the Budget Measures (Financial Support for Newborn Children) Bill passed their final stages in Parliament today. The Taxation (Parental Tax Credit) Act 2014 now awaits Royal assent.
