Student loan bill reported back

The Finance and Expenditure Committee has reported back to Parliament on the Student Loan Scheme Amendment Bill (No. 2), introduced on 23 August 2012. The purpose of the bill is to improve the efficiency and fairness of the student loan scheme and encourage borrowers to take greater responsibility for their loan repayments.
