Consultation on CFC rules and old GAAP

The controlled foreign company (CFC) rules currently refer to old financial reporting standards, commonly referred to as “old GAAP rules”. It is intended to remove these references. This officials’ issues paper seeks feedback from any current users of these old reporting standards under the CFC rules.
