Budget legislation enacted

Legislation introduced on 24 May in the Taxation (Budget Measures) Bill and the Student Loan Scheme (Budget Measures) Amendment Bill have been enacted. The bills passed through the final stages in Parliament on 25 May and received Royal assent on 29 May 2012.  The resulting Acts can be viewed here.
