Student Loan Scheme Amendment Bill enacted

Legislation introduced in the Student Loan Scheme Amendment Bill received Royal assent on Wednesday 11 April. The new Act is available here. A commentary on the new legislation will be published in the June edition of the Tax Information Bulletin.
