Gift duty and foreign investment PIEs special reports

The Taxation (Tax Administration and Remedial Matters) Act 2011 was enacted on 29 August 2011.  Special reports on changes to the foreign investment PIE rules and gift duty abolition are now available and will also be published later in the Tax Information Bulletin.
