Student loans bill reported back

The Finance and Expenditure Committee has reported to Parliament on the Student Loan Scheme Bill, which was introduced on 27 August 2010. The bill introduces a package of reforms that will in the future allow borrowers to manage their loans online and simplify the way Inland Revenue administers student loans.
