Parliament reinstates July tax bill

The new Parliament has reinstated the Taxation (International Taxation, Life Insurance, and Remedial Matters) Bill, introduced in July. The bill was one of 78 that lapsed with the dissolution of the previous Parliament in the lead-up to the general election. At the time, the taxation bill and Supplementary Order Paper 224 were under consideration by the Finance and Expenditure Committee.
