Budget tax legislation enacted

Legislation introduced on 22 May in the Taxation (Personal Tax Cuts, Annual Rates, and Remedial Matters) Bill has been enacted. It passed through its final stages in Parliament on 23 May and received Royal assent on 29 May 2008. The resulting Act is published.
