Legislation enacted

Legislation introduced in May in the Taxation (Annual Rates, Savings Investment, and Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill has been enacted. It passed through its final stages in Parliament on 12 December and received Royal assent yesterday. The resulting Taxation (Savings Investment and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2006 and the Taxation (Annual Rates of Income Tax 2006-07) Act 2006 are published here, courtesy of Legislation Direct.
