"Rewrite bill" available on line

The electronic version of the Income Tax Bill, introduced on 13 November, is now available here in PDF format, courtesy of Legislation Direct. The 2000-plus-page bill, described as the largest bill ever to be introduced into Parliament, rewrites Parts A to E of the Income Tax Act and re-enacts the remainder of the Act.
