Russia-NZ tax agreement signed

The double tax agreement between the Russian Federation and New Zealand moved a step closer to realisation today with the signing of the accord in the Beehive. The signatories were Dr Sergei Shatalov, Russia's First Deputy Minister of Finance, and Phil Goff, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade. The next step will be for each country to complete domestic procedures to give legal effect to the signed agreement. For the text of the agreement see Russia-NZ DTA.
