Repairs and Maintenance

Repairs and maintenance is an important adjustment for accounting income. It can be complicated where repairs and maintenance need to be split into capital and revenue expenditure. Can this adjustment be carried out on a more regular basis during the year? What changes to your software would assist you with making this adjustment?

Our accountant does this with the information we provide. Why replicate it by doing myself?

My accountant does this more me at year end - it would result in more work and/or expense for me so I'd prefer an option for things to be able to stick to status quo.

Hi In the main R&M that is capitalized occurs in a number of scenarios - rental properties or fit out. Would be a candidate from Trigger to advisor where R&M is large for the month.
